The modern world can be overwhelming, with multiple expectations on our time and resources.
I believe that therapy can be helpful to everybody at any time and is great for addressing all life issues (big and small).
At it's most basic it's a way of making sure you're okay, as not looking after ourselves can decrease our emotional and physical resilience.
